Make your impact

We’re looking for a dynamic Crushing & Screening Sales Manager to lead our regional growth strategy across crushing, screening and broader comminution solutions. This is a high‑impact commercial leadership role where you’ll shape market direction, build a hunter‑minded sales organisation, and drive profitable growth through differentiated technical and commercial solutions.

You’ll be the regional subject matter expert for comminution, partnering closely with product management, engineering, operations and aftermarket teams to deliver complete customer outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
  • Market Strategy & Growth Leadership: Lead the regional go‑to‑market strategy by defining target segments, shaping customer preference early, and driving new business growth.
  • Strategic Accounts & Customer Leadership: Develop senior customer relationships and long‑term account plans to expand share of wallet and elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership & Capability Build: Lead and develop a high‑performing sales team with clear KPIs, strong coaching, and a culture of accountability.
  • Technical & Product Oversight: Ensure accurate technical solutioning, high‑quality proposals, and valuable market feedback to support product and aftermarket development.

What you’ll bring

  • Degree in Mechanical, Process or Mining Engineering, or equivalent technical/commercial experience.
  • Proven success in technical sales or commercial leadership within mining, minerals processing, sand and aggregate or broader industry scope
  • Strong understanding of comminution processes, customer needs and competitive dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategy, drive pipeline growth and deliver commercial results.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams in a technical
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑influencing skills, including senior‑level engagement.
  • Current drivers license and ability to travel regularly.
