About the role
Join our team as a Customer Service Administration Officer, where you will play a vital role in supporting the Public Schools Division operations. In this front-facing position, you’ll handle a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including reception and front-line call management and fleet duties, all while contributing to a positive customer service experience.

The appropriate officer to assist the parent is not available. Talk us through the process you would use to try and come to some sort of resolution before the end of the day.
