Key Responsibilities
As Chef de Parite, you are responsible to assist our culinary team create memorable meals for our guests.  You will ensure that the food standards are achieved in consistency with those laid down in the kitchen manual, standard recipes, photographs.  

Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in the role you will have been in the same or similar position at a luxury hotel/high end restaurant and proven experience to meet a level of high performance across service, quality, presentation and production.
