Customer Account Executive - Hiring Fast

With offices in every major city within Australia as well as New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan and the United States, Logical Freight Solutions is able to offer a specialised door to door service to the biomedical industry internationally.

Due to rapid growth, we are seeking an operationally and customer-focused Customer Account Executive to join our Melbourne Customer Services department based at Tullamarine.

This role will primarily involve:

• Managing a set portfolio of clients
• Regular customer contact via telephone, web and face to face
• Internal and external reporting
• Increasing and growing client potential
• Working with all internal stakeholders and vendors
• Providing logistical solutions for freight movements

The successful applicant will have:

•  Experience in a similar account management position or customer services background in a freight forwarding / logistics organization
• Intermediate Microsoft office skills, particularly excel, outlook and word
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Be honest and reliable
• Be well presented
