This Role:


Whether you’re helping a customer find the perfect outdoor gear at Macpac, guiding them to their next fishing adventure at BCF, assisting in getting them sports ready at Rebel or updating them on their exciting delivery from Supercheap Auto, you’ll be inspiring customer’s to pursue what they love.




  • Onsite role in Brendale office starting June 9th 2025.




  • Casual contract working 25-37.5 hours each week across Monday to Friday.




  • Rotating Roster: Monday to Fri rosters across 8 am to 6 pm. Rosters provided in advance so you can balance work with everything else you love doing!




  • Be a customer champion: Engage with our customers by handling inbound calls and answering their inquiries. Whether it's helping someone find the perfect gear or assisting with their latest order, you’ll be the hero they need.




  • Enjoy our awesome office: Located in Brendale, SRG’s office offers free parking and a vibrant, supportive atmosphere. You’ll work alongside a team of passionate individuals who are all about creating positive experiences for each other and for their customers.




  • Path to permanency: Many of our team members have transitioned from contract roles to permanent positions over the past three years, and we hope you will be next! Your performance could lead to exciting, long-term career opportunities.
