Job Description - Customer Care Consultant

As a RemServ Salary Packaging - Customer Care Consultant in our Brisbane contact centre, you will champion our value of Customer Always, demonstrating a customer-centric mindset in all your interactions. 

  • Start dates: 16th February 2026
  • Enjoy working 2 Days in Office and 3 Days from Home

At MMS clear expectations help our people Be the Difference.  Your key responsibilities in this role will include:

  • You will provide personal, confidential customer service to a broad range of clients across multiple platforms to support Salary Packaging and Novated Leasing.
  • We believe we are Better Together; we work together to do the right thing and deliver better outcomes for our customers and each other
  • We provide you with all the necessary training in salary packaging and novated leasing
  • Work-Life Balance - 38 hours a week with a rotating roster between 8am and 7pm, no weekend work
  • We provide you with everything you need to get started, you’ll receive a company laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headset

To be considered for this role you will possess the following

  • A strong customer service focus
  • Recent experience working in Contact Centre, Retail or Hospitality
  • You enjoy assisting customers with their enquiries and can provide simple explanations to complex issues
  • Keen problem solver who thinks outside the box
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Solid experience learning and using new systems
