About the role:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers
- Managing enquiries across a range of products
- Working with a fun, supportive and hardworking team
- Full training (initially and ongoing) and a great support network
- Full-time, office-based role
About you:
- You may be from a completely different field, but we will train and support you to be successful in this role
- Exceptional attitude and work ethic
- A passion to succeed and service customers to the best of your ability
- Recent Customer Service or Sales experience
- PC proficiency with the ability to learn new programs
