What you’ll contribute to
We’re looking for a Customer Case Consultant to take ownership of complex and sensitive customer cases, including vehicle rejections (refunds/replacements, ACCC undertakings (where applicable), and internal policies.
You’ll play a critical role in protecting TMCA’s reputation while delivering thoughtful, customer‑first resolutions—balancing compliance, commercial outcomes and customer satisfaction.
This is a 12 months maximum‑term opportunity, based at our Altona North, Centre Of Excellence office.
How you’ll make an impact
Take full ownership of escalated customer cases referred from First Contact Resolution and Case Management teams within the Toyota/Lexus, Customer Assistance Centre.
Manage accurate and thorough case documentation, providing clear, timely updates to customers and Toyota/Lexus Dealers via phone, email, SMS, and formal correspondence
Gather and assess information from multiple sources, building detailed timelines to support sound decision‑making in line with legislative and policy requirements
Make informed recommendations and implement appropriate countermeasures in accordance with TMCA’s policies and procedures
Drive timely resolution of complex matters while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and risk mitigation

Proven experience in customer service, complaints handling, or conflict resolution
Strong ability to manage stakeholders and negotiate outcomes in complex or high‑risk environments
A strong appreciation of Customer First principles and the Toyota Way
High attention to detail, with the ability to assess information accurately and objectively
