Your new role
This is a highly autonomous, performance-driven role where you will manage your own portfolio and work directly with customers to secure positive financial outcomes.You will engage customers face-to-face and over the phone, using your influencing and negotiation skills to agree on realistic, sustainable repayment solutions.
Key responsibilities include:

• Meeting customers in person and driving outcomes through effective conversations
• Negotiating tailored payment plans based on individual customer circumstances
• Securing repayments and managing ongoing payment arrangements
• Building rapport and influencing customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
• Managing your own pipeline and consistently working towards targets and KPIs
• Monitoring payment plans and proactively following up to ensure commitments are met
• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance requirements
• Managing your own diary, schedule, and travel
• Travelling interstate (approximately one week every five weeks)

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-led environment

Essential requirements:

• Full Australian Driver's Licence
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
• Willingness to travel interstate (approximately one week per month, fully paid)
• Ability to pass background checks
