ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a fulltime Customer Service Officer to work collaboratively within our newly established Customer Contact Center team to deliver high quality and responsive customer service to our valued customers. Phone, email or web chat, you will be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries.
In this role you will be working Monday – Friday (40 hours per week) and have the option to work remotely or from one of our branches across Australia.
