Customer Experience Representative

At Revel Saunas, we’re passionate about helping people live healthier, more balanced lives through wellness solutions. We’re seeking a Customer Experience Representative, who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating positive customer experiences every day.

This is a full-time office based role located in Arundel in the Gold Coast reporting to the Revel Customer Experience Manager.

What you’ll be doing:

• Customer Support: Delivering exceptional customer support across phone & email, creating positive experiences that make every customer interaction memorable


• Brand Champion: Becoming a trusted expert & advocate for the Revel brand, helping customers get the most from their wellness solutions & deliver a premium after-sales experience


• Technical Support: Providing practical troubleshooting guidance & solutions to help customers resolve product questions & technical queries with confidence


• Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations & Logistics teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer journey & ensure customers receive timely support

What you’ll need:

• Customer Service Experience: You’re a customer service champion with experience supporting customers in a fast-paced environment & a passion for delivering exceptional experiences


• Wellness Mindset: You have a genuine interest in health, fitness or wellness & connect with Revel’s mission to help people live healthier, more balanced lives


• Support & Problem-Solving Mindset: You enjoy creating positive experiences, are naturally curious & can confidently troubleshoot queries by breaking them down into simple, practical solutions


• What Sets You Apart: You have strong communication skills, a positive attitude & a desire to grow with the brand & your team


• Team Player: You will be a team player and bring enthusiasm to work each day - building strong relationships with those around you & contributing to a supportive, collaborative team environment
