Flexible, Hybrid Working
Our office is for you to use as much as you like; as a minimum our AUS Marketing Team works from our Sydney office at least twice a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the APAC customer marketing strategy aligned to client success objectives, growth targets and key KPIs
- Plan and implement integrated, data-driven customer marketing campaigns and always-on marketing programmes and events aligned to all stages of the customer lifecycle to drive platform usage and engagement, client retention and revenue growth
- Develop and implement a customer advocacy programme to drive customer loyalty and build a community of brand advocates
- Develop and own customer segmentation and customer contact strategy
- Work closely with product marketing and content leads to build and implement a tailored content strategy to educate clients on programme optimisation to support employee end-user adoption and usage, and account expansion
- Create tailored strategies and programmes for key growth accounts that inform, educate and delight our most valuable customers to support with driving adoption, account expansion, and retention
- Work closely with product marketing and employee comms leads to plan and execute end-user-facing campaigns and comms programmes to increase adoption and usage within client programmes
Skills
- B2B SaaS technical customer marketing, customer advocacy, demand generation, or similar experience
- Experience in customer journey mapping and cross-channel implementation, including integration with sales/CS reps
- Ability to translate customer insights into actionable marketing messaging, content, and plans
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (ideally Hubspot) and Salesforce CRM
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects, with the ability to influence without authority, from peers to executive leadership
