Customer Relations Officer
Into Blinds is a family run business located in Thomastown who specialise in Blinds, Plantation Shutters, curtains and motorisation.
We are looking for an experienced Customer Relations Officer with a minimum of 3 years experience to assist with solving customer product concerns, supplier purchasing, customer service and administrative support.
The suitable candidate will:-
- Preferably live within the Northern Suburbs
- Have customer relations experience
- Communicate with existing and past customers to solve product concerns
- Be extremely organised
- Have experience with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel and Word and Customer Relationship Management software (CRM)
- Be responsible and can work well under pressure and with deadlines
- Have exceptional communication skills both verbally and written
- Be able to multi-task
- Be available to work on Saturday if required
- Need to flourish within a team working environment.
- Be available to start ASAP but we are happy to negotiate start date for the appropriate candidate
