About the role

As an experienced Customer Relationship Coordinator (CRC), your primary focus is to effectively manage our clients experience from sales acceptance through to Site Start. Your day to day communication will be directly through our business partners, ensuring that the customer service standard is in line with our business expectations. 

This role has the responsibility for the progress of multiple client files to ensure a timely and orderly progression through the preconstruction process.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your role will include;

  • Pre-site coordination of client files
  • Completing Permit and Council applications
  • Maintain a professional approach in all dealings with the client and business partners, face to face, verbal or written
  • Ensure all conditions in the Building Contract are met
  • Record and maintain accurate and appropriate client discussions and information
  • Conduct follow-up calls when required
  • Follow up Finance approvals and ensure deposits have been arranged.
  • Follow up Land settlements and ensure this is clearly documented within ClickHome.
  • Follow up Developer Approvals as required to ensure timeframes are met

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 1+ years experience

• Permits experience highly regarded but not essential

• ClickHome experience highly regarded but not essential

• Time management 

 • Problem solver 

• Ability to build rapport 

• Confident in dealing with multiple issues at the same time 

• Commitment to Glenvill values, beliefs and behaviors

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
