As they continue to grow, they are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Customer Relationship Support.
 
The role:
 
The Customer Relationship Support role is an administrative sales position designed to support the Sales and Business Development Managers (BDMs). The primary focus of this role is to enhance customer engagement and maintain accurate client data. This role involves proactive communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, data entry, report compilation, and supporting the Sales and BDM team nationally.
 
Responsibilities:

• Regularly contact clients to check on their satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Maintain and clean up data in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
• Compile reports for management and undertake data entry tasks as required.
• Work closely with BDMs across the nation, providing necessary administrative support.
• Answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, representing a commitment to excellence.

About you:

• Prior experience in sales support or an office-based customer service role.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Engaging, professional, and friendly.
• Strong focus on attention to detail, particularly in data entry and client record management.
• Ability to collaborate well with BDMs and other team members.
