Customer Sales Assistant - Urgent Position

Job Description:

As a Customer Sales Assistant at Academy Office National, you will be the face of our company, assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, processing sales and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries promptly.
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Picking orders for delivery/pick ups
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking shelves.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Experience using ReadySell software (Highly Desirable but not required)
• Experience in the “Office Products” industry (Highly Desirable but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during peak periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be available to work Fridays.
• Must be reliable and punctual.

Hours of Work: 

Casual/Part-time, 3 Days a week (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday)

10:30 AM - 2:30 PM
