Job Description:
As a Customer Sales Assistant at Academy Office National, you will be the face of our company, assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, processing sales and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries promptly.
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Picking orders for delivery/pick ups
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking shelves.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Experience using ReadySell software (Highly Desirable but not required)
- Experience in the “Office Products” industry (Highly Desirable but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during peak periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be available to work Fridays.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
Hours of Work:
Casual/Part-time, 3 Days a week (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday)
10:30 AM - 2:30 PM
