About the Role: As a Customer Sales Support team member for our client, you will be crucial in managing order processing, customer account maintenance, and stock management. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals committed to providing outstanding customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

• Efficient management of customer accounts and data entry for all orders.
• Deliver high-quality support, resolving any inquiries or issues related to customer orders.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and effective communication.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of pre-embroidered items, initiating replenishment as necessary.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and back-order reports.
• Handle customer returns and support the front counter team when needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service and a similar support role.
• Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities under pressure.
• Strong communication skills.
