Job description

Dal Brands is a manufacturer and wholesaler of office furniture to the Australian market. We are a small team based in Carrum Downs Victoria, with warehousing in Carrum Downs and Brisbane.

We are looking for someone join our Customer Service, this is a busy position and will work closely with sales, production and our warehouse staff . You will be working alongside our Operations Manager and involved in a number of areas including, customer orders, logistics and some aspects of inventory management. So, you need to have a broad range of experience to juggle the day-to-day customer service role.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and concise verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

  • Provide customer correspondence and administration requests in a timely and efficient manner, and provide feedback to sales team and product managers as appropriate
  • Provide first point of contact service to external and internal Customers
  • Liaise with sales team, other customer service representatives and warehouse staff to ensure customer service expectations are met
  • Prepare quotes
  • Process new orders and warranty claims
  • Assist customers enquiries – telephone and email.

Job Type: Full-time  

8.00am - 4.06pm Monday to Friday during initial onboarding training

8.30am - 4.36pm Monday to Friday are the standard hours once onboarding is sufficient.
