We are currently looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and experienced person to join our Customer Service / Admin Team. This position, involves addressing customer queries, retailer engagement and administration duties. As part of a team, you'll provide unparalleled customer service, resolving any issues that may arise and collaborating with internal departments to enhance the overall customer service experience.
This role is a full time position, located at our Head Office on the southside of Brisbane.
Reporting to the Retail Services Manager, this important role will see you focused on, but not limited to:
- To attend to all internal and external customers enquires immediately.
- To ensure all customer requests are promptly addressed.
- To assist, provide and maintain an efficient and effective Customer Claims process and reporting system.
- To ensure that corrective action is taken in cases of customer service failure.
- To investigate and initiate corrective action on customer complaints.
- To ensure full communication to relevant areas of the business regarding customer service issues.
- To maintain a register within Navision of customerservice issues.
- To take part and provide input into projects aimed at increasing the levels of customer service in all areas of the business.
- To take part and provide suggestions on how to improve aspects of all operations of the business and customer offering.
- To report to the Retail Services Manager any issues relating to the quality of service delivered to the customer base.
- Maintain and track uniform and related Customer orders.
- Maintaining all aspects of the Store Locator area on the Company Website.
- Work from a script and list of store contacts to promote the Company’s seasonal offers, regional meetings, trade show and services by telephone.
- Maintain and monitor a multiple of high-volume email inboxes.
- To assist, maintain and process export orders, liaising with the rebuying team in relation to stock availability and eta’s
- Assist and maintain the online shopping portal.
- Ensure monthly and weekly reporting is emailed to the stores.
- Updating, collating, and promoting of in-house manuals to the Customer Base.
- Assisting the dispatch team with sales quotas, orders, transport issues / delays.
- Maintain and update scan data information on a weekly basis.
- Reporting on key metrics of Customer Service to the wider business.
The requirements to be a successful candidate are:
- Excellent people skills and the ability to develop a rapport with our Retailer’s
- A professional attitude with excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Experience in customer service
- Strong organisational & problem-solving abilities
- A great attitude towards learning new tasks
- Demonstrate medium to high level computer skills
- Ability to complete duties in a timely and efficient manner
- Experience In Navision would be an advantage
