Job Description - Customer Service Administrator & Service Advisor

We're seeking a dynamic Customer Service & Service Advisor to join our team at Jayco Newcastle. If you're passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a knack for efficient administration, this is the role for you!

The Role:

As a Customer Service Administrator & Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

Customer Service:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally
  • Providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries
  • Assisting customers with bookings, claims, quotes, and general inquiries
  • Maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor at all times

Service Administration:

  • Processing service invoices and warranty claims efficiently
  • Liaising with warranty agents and managing sublet contractors
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Supporting the service team with administrative tasks

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
