About the Role: 

We have a full-time opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Administrator to support the business with a variety of administrative tasks.  Working from our office in Tingalpa, Brisbane you will be offered a competitive salary, on-site parking, regular working hours with no weekends, a dynamic culture, expert training – in a full time job with fun, supportive and friendly workmates.

Some of your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Delivering efficient, courteous and effective customer service to a range of internal/external customers (front-facing, phone, email)
  • Monitoring and management of incoming emails, orders and quote requests
  • Controlling incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring accuracy of records
  • Creating and processing invoices, receiving payments and providing accurate lead times
  • Maintaining accurate customer records
  • Attaining and maintaining a level of knowledge of the company’s products and services such as to be able to confidently respond to customer queries

We're ideally looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:

  • Highly developed customer service skills
  • Accuracy and efficiency in data entry
  • Well presented
  • Attention to detail, organisational skills, and superior time management skills
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills; extraordinary listening skills
  • Minimum 2 years experience with Xero or similar accounting packages (proficient in processing invoices, purchase orders and quotations)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - including Outlook, SharePoint, Word, and Excel with the ability to learn additional software as needed
  • Positive energy
  • Able to lift up to 10kgs
  • Open Drivers Licence
  • Certificate of Education (Year 12 minimum)
  • Looks for both fun and humour in their daily work
