In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Managing telephone and email enquiries from existing and new customers
  • Administration support for the sales team
  • Managing freight enquiries, tracking orders and liaising with warehouse teams and customers
  • Liaising with sales staff in relation to new or potential customers or opportunities with and or existing customers.
  • Manage complaints, aim for first call resolution and where necessary escalate appropriately.
  • General office administration support including attending to customer walk-ins

The ideal candidate:
  • 2 years’ experience in a sales administration or customer service environment
  • Able to work confidently with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude and passion to learn and succeed
  • High level knowledge of microsoft office programs
