About the role
Based at our Head office in Smithfield this role seeks a candidate is a who is a highly motivated individual to co-ordinate national accounts providing superior service and quality solutions.
There are outstanding opportunities for the right person to develop essential skills that will set them on the road to a career in Account Management.
Duties
- Manage customer enquiries at a high standard
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently
- Co-ordination of accounts and assist Project Managers
- Manage end to end shipment of freight (including consignment generation)
- Utilise third party & internal systems
- Ad hoc reporting
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in a customer service and/or administration based role
- Demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated
- Attention to detail
- Willing to co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders, varied situations day to day
