About The Position

Currently an opportunity has presented for a Customer Service Administrator to join the team in a pre site CSO role. Responsibilities will include:

• Nurturing a portfolio of Customer relationships through presite administration
• Primary Contact for clients
• Attend New client pre-construction meetings
• Monitor jobs to ensure outstanding items remain within time frames
• Maintain positive relationships with internal departments
• Manage individual job list and schedules 

Skills and Experience 

Our ideal candidate would demonstrate the following

• Proven experience in a volume builder setting with in the residential industry
• Experience through presite or onsite construction phase
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills
• Ability to work with Customers, trades and Supervisors
• Able to work under pressure
