Job Description - Customer Service and Administration Officer - Unlimited Growth Potential

We are seeking an ambitious Customer Service and Administration Officer to join our high calibre team at Momentum pools in Huntingdale, Melbourne VIC.

About the Company

Momentum Pools specialize in comprehensive concrete pool construction and design, inclusive of the pool surround landscaping works for both domestic and commercial clients. 

About the role

We are seeking a Full Time Administration Officer to join our admin team 5 days a week, On Site, based in Huntingdale VIC 3166.

Hours 9:00am - 5pm  

You will be a multitasker who can jump in to assist in a variety of tasks.

The Role includes, but not limited to

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Purchasing
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Daily reporting and assisting with Debt Collection
  • Addressing internal and external calls and queries
  • Reviewing daily time sheets
  • Responding to warranty claims 
  • Responding to sales queries
  • General Filing and Printing
  • A variety of administration tasks
  • ad hoc administration tasks as required and directed by the Director and General Manager

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, applicants must be able to demonstrate following personal attributes and skills:

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking ability, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Experience using MYOB Essential
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
  • Proactive and extremely detail-oriented
  • Flexibility to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a tight knit team
  • Previous 3+ years' experience in a similar Administration Role
  • Previous experience in the construction industry favorable but not essential
  • Ability to follow direction and work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to follow step by step procedures.

This is a Salary, onsite role and cannot be done remotely.

Salary is based on experience
