Viking Rentals is a leading national hire business to the construction industry with our core product hiring and servicing Portable Toilets.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service and Administration Officer to join our Brisbane team based in Acacia Ridge.

Qualifications & experience

  • Experience in same or similar role
  • Excellent telephone and email manner
  • Strong administration and data entry skills
  • Ability to multi task whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to pivot and reorganize priorities based on daily activity
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • High level of computer literacy and understanding of systems
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Willingness to learn

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Providing first point of contact for customer inquiries received via phone and email and directing them accordingly to maximise every sales opportunity.
  • Data entry of customer orders
  • Processing quotations and orders
  • Liaise with and support colleagues where needed
  • Maintaining customer databases
  • Perform a range of administration, sales and office support activities as directed by your Manager
