About the Role:
A key part of our operations is the exceptional customer service we provide to our clients and we're on the lookout for a Customer Service and Fulfilment Coordinator, based in Brisbane. This role will be responsible for organising the day-to-day fulfilment activities for our customers all across Queensland and coordinating the regular delivery of stock to our warehouse, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
We are looking for an outgoing individual, who’s a people person with a passion for customer service and fulfilment. Our ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and be willing to participate as an active member within the team. You need to be comfortable speaking with colleagues and customers on the phone or in person, be able to resolve conflict effectively, be numerate and have an aptitude to use an inventory system.
This role is part of a fun and energetic team and would suit an enthusiastic person who is looking to further their career in customer service, with excellent career progression and development opportunities.
