We are in search of an enthusiastic Customer Service and Sales Support Officer to join our high-achieving team at Myofunctional Research Co Pty Ltd in Helensvale, Gold Coast QLD.

Role description:

Are you someone with a passion for communicating with healthcare professionals and changing the industry for the better? We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and reliable person to join our dynamic team.

MRC is the world leader in creating medical devices and treatment systems in the field of orthodontics, TMJ, myofunctional and airway related disorders. We work with a variety of healthcare professionals in over 100 countries worldwide. 

This is a full-time position. Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm), however you may be required to work outside these hours on occasions.

Responsibilities: 

  • To manage customer calls and redirect appropriately
  • Responding promptly to customers 
  • Processing orders, forms & requests utilising appropriate software tools
  • Record all customer correspondence using Sales Force
  • Managing customer complaints, queries and returns according to the procedure
  • Responsible for own learning and advising management if there are areas that require further training. 
  • Utilising software systems and outlook calendar to manage daily tasks
  • Customer Research for new leads 
  • Assist the events coordinator with admin tasks for course preparation
  • Supporting the sales team in administrative tasks as required 

The above is an overview of the tasks that the role will be responsible for, though, from time to time, there may be additional tasks management may require be attended to.

Skills and Experience:

  • Microsoft Office knowledge – Required
  • Dental/medical experience – An advantage
  • Office administration experience – Desirable
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • A quick and competent learner
  • Able to work independently
