Job Description - Customer Service Consultant

Your new role:
Love helping people and solving problems? As a Customer Experience Consultant, you’ll be the go-to person for our customers, managing enquiries, resolving issues, and making sure every interaction leaves a positive impression. You’ll collaborate with teammates, build strong relationships, and take pride in delivering results that really matter.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling a mix of inbound calls and emails from customers in relation to operating or novated leasing
  • Proactively following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
  • Collaborating with other teams to make sure customer solutions are seamless

About you:
You’re a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, and you know how to keep a conversation engaging.

You’re reliable, confident, and enjoy working in fast-paced, people-focused environments. You take ownership of challenges and thrive on making someone’s day better through great service.

What will make you a great fit:

  • Previous experience in customer service (call centre, retail, hospitality – all experience counts!)
  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex queries
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A friendly, positive, and professional approach
