SMAART Recruitment are excited to be partnered with one of Melbourne’s most highly respected domestic cleaning companies. They are currently seeking a new customer service specialist to join their customer service team!

This company take pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services and believe that outstanding customer service is at the heart of their success. The team have been operating for over 10 years but are still a growing business.

About the role?

As a valued member of the customer service team, you will work in a small team of 5 who are dedicated to addressing customer enquiries via text, phone, and email channels. This area of the business looks after two core areas: the cleaning teams and customers themselves. The primary goal is to deliver excellent customer service to both areas. Some key responsibilities include:
  • Conflict Resolution: Addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Timely and professional handling of all enquiries
  • Offering support and assistance to both cleaning team and customers via phone, email and text.
  • Data entry
  • Working across various platforms to optimise customer service delivery.
About you?
  • 2+ years experience providing phone-based customer service
  • Previous experience providing conflict resolution
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Tech savy with the ability to pick up new systems with ease
  • High attention to detail and ability to problem solve
