Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receive telephone, email, and fax requests from customers.
  • Order and Credit entry.
  • Using our email ticketing and phone management systems. 
  • Professional handling of complaints and timely responses.
  • Building rapport with customers and fellow team members.
  • Developing knowledge of a varied product range.

About you

  • Completion of Secondary level schooling.
  • Syteline operating system skills are desirable or good general knowledge of another finance system.
  • Understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with DIFOT (Delivery In Full, On Time) and ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) concepts.
  • Excellent reception and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Accurate data entry skills.
