Customer Service Consultant - Innovative Company

Great Annexe Co is a local family owned business situated in Brendale. We are a premium Caravan/RV Annexe manufacturer and installer. 

An exciting position exists as a Customer Service Consultant. In this position you are expected to maintain a professional 'first point of contact' role by providing excellent customer service to all clients.

If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, have a proactive Can-Do attitude and are able to work autonomously with an eye for detail this vacancy may be the perfect for you.

The successful candidate should possess the following attributes:

• A strong Customer Service focus, with the ability to maintain a good relationship with Customers.
• Prior experience within the Caravan or RV industry is preferable
• Excellent Time Management skills
• Experience using a CRM system is desirable
• Experienced in scheduling tasks to a small team
• Ability to work effectively within a Team Environment
• Accurate and Efficient processing of quotes and additional paperwork.
• Able to multitask.
• Must have a high standard of work ethics, strong level of attention to detail & takes pride in their work
• Be willing to learn, as 'on the job' training will be provided.
