  • Food Production Company - Western Suburbs
  • Full Time Role
Our client, a well-established and successful food production facility, requires an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join their business. The role will utilise your superior administration and customer service skills in an essential role that encompasses accounts, administration and customer service duties. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be a key point of contact for all areas of the business as well as external stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manager customer order flow
  • Assist with processing account data and other overflow duties as required
  • Process high volume data entry
  • Manage customer queries or complaints process through to resolution
  • Assist with accounts payable, receivable, reception or customer service duties
  • Other administrative or ad-hoc duties as required by the Office Manager and Owner
  • Generate credit reports
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Administration and customer services experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated experience in high volume data entry with excellent attention to detail
  • High quality interpersonal skills as you will be a key point of customer and supplier contact for the business
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or similar
  • Sound numeracy and literacy skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A positive and adaptable attitude
  • Proactive nature and ability to manage their own time effectively
