Customer Service / Coordinator - Start Now

My client who is a world market and innovation leader in car wash technology, who supplies car washes that cater to every need and requirement, from gantry car washes to conveyor tunnel systems and self-service car washes through to commercial vehicle washing systems such as truck washes. My client is now seeking an experienced customer service / coordinator to work and join their well established team in their Bankstown office.

Reporting to the National Service Manager the Customer Service Coordinators responsibility is to field all service requests from customers and ensure they are actioned in a timely, efficient and professional manner.

Your duties and key responsibilities include:

• Field enquiries and service requests from customers both via email and telephone.
• Record all service requests using the SAP operating system.
• Prioritise service requests according to company policy and protocol.
• Activate all maintenance work according to schedule.
• Liaise with technicians and monitor progress to ensure efficient customer service.
• Monitor technician entries into SAP to ensure they accurately reflect work done and provide adequate information for finance functions.
• Liaise with clients to ensure they are well-informed of progress at all times.
• Escalate any service concerns to the Customer Service Team Leader.
• Raising purchase orders and purchasing inventory from suppliers
• Other Ad-Hoc office duties
• Loading quotes/invoices into SAP

On offer to the successful candidate is a generous salary of $75K + super. Previous customer service / coordinator (SAP) experience preferred.
