Job Description - Customer Service Coordinator - Workplace Solutions - with Growth Opportunities

We are searching for a resilient Customer Service Coordinator - Workplace Solutions to join our vibrant team at Grace Worldwide (Australia) Pty Ltd in Willawong, Brisbane QLD.

We are looking for an outgoing and customer focused individual to join our Workplace Solutions team (office moving and project logistics).  You will be responsible for providing administrative, sales and customer service assistance to ensure the smooth day to day operation of the Branch. The role is critical to a seamless customer experience.

 

About the Role

  • Customer communication before, during and after a project.
  • Resolve issues as they arise or direct them to the appropriate person for timely resolution
  • Respond to phone, email and internet enquiries making direct sales where appropriate based on the size, value, complexity of the project
  • Administrative support for all team members.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly accounting tasks.
  • Point of contact for Branch accounting queries

 

About You

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail
  • Have good time management skills
  • High proficiency level in Microsoft Office and Excel

  • A proven ability to create, maintain and develop client relationships
  • Detail orientated with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

  • Computer literate in Word and Excel
