Job Description - Customer Service / Data Entry - Excel / Administration
Temp with a view to Perm - $65K
Ringwood office location
Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.00pm
Immediate start
The company: Established in 2010, a small client base freight and transport solutions company located in the Ringwood area. The role: Working in a small team environment, your duties are varied and include:
Handling all enquiries via telephone and email
Data entry of consignment notes etc
Maintaining client database
Booking daily freight for customers
Managing special rollouts and campaigns
Invoicing
Preparing reports, excel spreadsheeting
Ad Hoc administration duties as required
The person: You are an experienced administrator with excellent communication skills and fast and accurate data entry. Training provided if you have not worked within the Freight/Transport industry. Attention to detail is a high priority along with time management skills, initiative and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude. Bring your bright, bubbly personality to this very warm, friendly environment.
Proficiency in MS Office i.e. Word, Excel (a must) and Outlook.
You must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa to be eligible to apply for this position.
