The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Executive will assist the Operations Department by ensuring that excellent levels of care and service are delivered to customers and consumers at all times. Contribute to the success of the brand across ANZ by achieving the company expectations in terms of Customer Service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing enquiries from Customers & Clients
- Managing complaints from Customers & Clients
- Accurately & efficiently address any issues or disputes with customers
- Complete administrative duties such as data entry, order processing & follow up calls

Skills Required - Sound experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Strong reporting skills, data collection and order accuracy skills
- Consumer and customer focused
- Attention to detail and ability to show initiative
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Friendly and adaptable who can work in easily with a team
- Ability to work autonomously when needed
- English knowledge at an advanced level, both oral and written
