As part of our dedicated Customer Service team, your duties will include:

• Efficiently handling of all online Zendesk customer enquiries and email via outlook providing professional, accurate, and timely written and verbal communication
• Receiving phone enquiries from customers
• Problem/Damaged Freight handling & processing
• Out of Network parcel management
• Utilize independent thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent email skills via outlook, including effective filing and decisive follow up for customers seeking information as to the status of their delivery / pickup
• KPIs / timely responses need to be achieved via Zendesk, our web-based inquiry system
• Establishing positive relationships with Customers, Courier Franchisees - business owners, depot & delivery staff – full time and casuals, contractors, and all Aramex Network partners to assist in the ongoing resolution of Customer inquiries.
   

We are looking for a very proactive team player with the ability to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in along with the drive and enthusiasm to learn everything there is to know about a parcel's journey through our Aramex network.

Previous experience in the freight industry is not necessary. Great customer service, a positive attitude and solid computer skills will, however, assist greatly in this position.
