Seymour’s is a family-owned business which started 43 years ago, and it has grown into an international distribution company with offices in both Australia and NZ. We are looking for an organised all rounder with a strong background in customer service and administration. We work in a fast paced industry so we need someone who has the ability to prioritise and keep calm under pressure. This is a full time position 8:00am-4.30pm - Monday to Friday.
In this role you will be responsible for the main phone line, dealing with customer inquiries by phone and email. Managing the freight claim process. Data entry and invoicing and general admin roles. This role requires a very high attention to detail and someone who can demonstrate initiative and ownership within the role.
You must be comfortable in a multi-tasking, fast paced environment. You will need to be an analytical problem solver with a passion for excellent customer service.
