We are a Family Owned business operating since 1955 with a diverse range of products sold through a variety of channels, from big box hardware stores to online channels such as Amazon. Our flagship production is a patented product we manufacture here in Australia, and sell predominantly to the skylight industry, as well as many other sales channels.

Qualifications & experience

• Accuracy in data entry.
• Good communication skills.
• Competence with Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience with SAP Business One preferred but not essential.
• Previous customer service experience preferable.
   

Tasks & responsibilities

• Managing email inbox of Purchase orders and Customer Enquiries.
• Taking inbound phone calls relating to product, order, and customer enquiries.
• Data entry, predominantly entering customer purchase orders into our system.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with regular customers
