Customer Service / Internal Sales

Micron Security Products is Australia's largest Distributor of Bosch Intrusion products. For 40 Years Micron has provided Excellent wholesale service and support for our customers through our Brisbane and Sydney locations. 

We have an exciting opportunity for an internal customer service / sales representative to join our Brisbane team. Full training will be provided, reporting to the Qld State Manager. The successful applicant will be part of our supportive, professional and motivated team. With opportunities to advance for the right person.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Providing quality customer service through processing of orders via Phone, in person and email. 
• Advising customers on products selection and application
• Internal sales procedures and counter service to our valued customers;
• Assisting in the management of stock integrity;
• General warehousing duties as required; and
• Adhering to operational health and safety requirements.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

• Ability to build relationships with customers;
• Ability to maintain safe working environments for yourself, your team members and customers;
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and staff to ensure our customer's expectations are met or exceeded;
• Previous experience in the Wholesale, Security or Electrical industries would be highly regarded.
