About the role:

Reporting to the Group Account Director, as a Customer Service Manager, you will be the face of our business, working closely with multiple blue-chip clients to manage expectations including stakeholder management, team performance, KPI delivery, process enhancement and operational management to ensure executional excellence in delivering client objectives for their customer service programs.

About You:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a customer service team environment
• Project management and stakeholder relationship building skills
• Experience managing staff members to deliver KPIs (highly regarded) 
• Contact centre and/or direct sales experience (highly regarded) 
• Proficient in reviewing key reporting and delivering insights
• Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant computer software and hardware
