Customer Service Officer

What you’ll do:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to client enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Liaise with insurance companies to facilitate the claims and repair process and obtain necessary approvals.
• Utilise Insurer systems and iBody software to track repairs and updates.
• Process invoices and ensure accurate billing for services rendered.
• Keep clients informed about the status of their vehicle repairs providing timely updates and managing expectations.
• Assist in resolving client concerns or complaints ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

What we’re looking for:

• Customer service experience (automotive or insurance a bonus!).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Tech-savvy with an eye for detail.
