Are you an experienced Customer Service professional looking to join a global leader in the automotive technology and manufacturing space? We are partnering with a well-established organisation seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Officer to join their team based near Croydon.

The Role

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless order processing, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing including quotes, orders, credits, and returns
• Track and trace shipments while liaising with freight forwarders and coordinating deliveries
• Collaborate with Sales and Accounts to resolve customer queries and ensure accurate product availability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Monitor workflows, inventory, and back-orders to meet service levels and KPI targets
• Maintain accurate data, reporting, and support continuous improvement initiatives

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Customer Service / Customer Support role
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail with excellent organisational ability
• Experience working with freight, logistics, or supply chain processes (highly regarded)
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ideally you will be locally based in the Outer Eastern suburbs of Melbourne
