As our Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and partners, setting the tone for a seamless and elevated repair journey. With professionalism and attention to detail, you’ll ensure every guest feels informed and supported.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients and respond to queries with confidence and professionalism—both in person and over the phone

• Liaise closely with insurance providers to coordinate claims, approvals, and repair progress

• Use insurer platforms and iBody software to track repairs and manage updates

• Process invoices accurately and ensure smooth, timely billing

• Keep clients informed throughout the repair journey, managing expectations with transparency and care

• Assist in resolving concerns or complaints with discretion and a solutions-focused approach

• Maintain precise records of client interactions, documentation, and transactions
