Customer Service Officer

Our client based in Geebung is on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Officer to become a part of their hardworking team.

Working as part of a small team, you will deliver a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm

Your Responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional administration services
• Customer relationship skills and have a ‘sales’ bias and experience
• Managing phone / email sales enquiries & order handling
• Ensure work order / reporting information accuracy
• Data entry, management and reporting
• Assist the business with other tasks as required

Ideal Candidate

• Proficient computer skills including Outlook and Microsoft Suite
• Experience in Simpro software an advantage
• Ability to take the opportunity to upsell
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proven sales / admin experience
• The ability to develop strong client relationships through regular contact & follow-up
