Job Purpose

The Customer Service Officer at CMVAS plays a pivotal role in our Australian operations. This position involves direct interaction with customers, providing top-tier solutions and support, and is crucial in establishing CMVAS as a dependable and respected service provider in the telecommunications industry.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer exceptional customer service in billing, account management, and basic technical support. 
  • Conduct troubleshooting for fixed wireless, NBN and Opticomm services, ensuring timely resolution of issues. 
  • Accurately manage customer accounts, including processing transactions and adjustments. 
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken. 
  • Inform and educate customers about CMVAS's services and policies. 
  • Work towards achieving key customer service metrics to contribute to the team's success.

 

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service roles, preferably in telecommunications or technology. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Basic understanding of telecommunications technologies and customer service principles. 
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and teamwork skills. 
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays. 
  • Secondary education required; additional qualifications in customer service are beneficial.
