Customer Service & Claims Support Officer

We're seeking a customer focused professional to play a key role in supporting our Claims team. In this position, you'll be the first point of contact for incoming calls, ensuring enquiries are directed accurately and efficiently, while also assisting with claims administration tasks. Your contribution will help deliver a positive experience for our customers and support the smooth day to day operation of the claims process.

What You'll Do
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate Claims team members in a timely and professional manner
• Provide a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Complete claims administration tasks accurately and efficiently, as directed
• Take ownership of your responsibilities, ensuring follow through and attention to detail in all tasks

What You'll Bring
• Intermediate skills across the Microsoft Office suite
• Clear, professional and confident communication skills
• A strong ability to empathise and respond appropriately to customer needs
• A proactive mindset, with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility

Experience
• Previous experience in a customer service focused role
