Customer Service Officer - Excellent Benefits Package

Our client, a well-established and leading accreditation organisation, require a Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join their team. The office is easily accessible via public transport - only a short walk from the North Ryde metro station.

Working within a busy office, you will be assisting potential and new clients with their enquiries by providing exceptional customer service. As well as dealing with our client requests, you will assist in a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to: -

• Managing clients records in the database. 
• Coordinating general communication on behalf of the office.
• Assisting with issuing, cancelling and amending certificates.
• Assisting in the preparation of tenders and other documents as required.
• Providing administrative support to technical staff and the Customer Service Manager.
• Assisting with the preparation and conduct of monthly meetings. 
• Assisting with client and contractor billing enquiries.

To be considered for this position you will have the following skills and attributes: -

• Minimum 1 year experience working in a similar position.
• Strong all-round administrative skills.
• Excellent organisational, time management and coordination skills.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS Office and databases. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
