About the role: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join this team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, ensuring that their customers receive the best possible outcomes at all times. This role is crucial in ensuring thier customer's receive the best possible service and support.
Your key duties will include, but not limited to:- Process sales orders accurately through SAP
- Provide updates on stock availability, pricing, delays and ETA’s
- Following up with customers pre and post servicing
- Respond to general product and delivery enquiries
- Fielding enquires regarding repairs and credits from existing clients
- Produce daily sales order reports and other reports as requested by management
Ideally you will have:- Strong product-based customer service experience within an office environment is highly desirable
- Previous CRM and MS Office experience, particularly SAP knowledge will be highly regarded
- The ability to work to deadlines and balance priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is key
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
